OK, well these are pretty simple rules. The main reason I have them is because I want to try and make it fair for everyone!

1: You need a website. It can be a blog, or a personals page, or a livejournal, or whatever. As long as you can add the code to it and keep it on the main page, you're good to go. Your page also needs content. Just one page of links isn't going to cut it. It doesn't have to be about anime, or even mention anime. But PLEASE have something up! Sites that are Under Construction and remain that way for a while will be removed.

2: The code must be on either your splash/main/front page or on a page designated for cliques, and it needs to be up before I look at it! So your best bet is to put it up, then fill out the form. That way, you don't have to worry about it.

3: No sTicKy cAPs please! Also, you should know that I hate page transitions and other effects that slow down the loading of a page. If it takes me more than a minute to look at your page, I probably won't add you unless you have something totally dazzling on there.

4: No hentai/porn/racism/anti/hate sites. While I respect everyone's right to put what they want on their webpage, that's stuff I don't support and I would rather not see on a website.

5: If, in the future, you change email/web addys, it's YOUR responsibility to tell me. If I go through and clean up links and your page is no longer there, I'll send you one email asking for it, and if that email isn't right anymore, I'll have to take you down. I ain't your mother, I figure you're old enough to keep track of your stuff. ;P

6: Your site (or a large part of it) needs to be in English. This is probally a silly rule, but I don't read any other language. If I can't read the language, I can't enjoy your page, or find the link back. If you have an English version and a different language version, that's fine. Just as long as I can read a good part of it.

7: What about fan characters? That's a tricky one. I'm going to go ahead and say yes to that, as long as the fanfic/comic is completed and up somewhere! After all, I might be interested in it too. *G* Make sure you included what it's a fandom of.

Now, I don't care how many people want to 'adopt' a character. However, you have to come up with a different type of eyes each time! If a character you want has a type of eyes listed, you have to come up with another one. Be creative! Color is not necessarily the only way to go here! Think of something unique. I promise, it'll be a lot more fun! ^_^ Since I can't possible know all the anime characters, I'm going to trust that you'll pick a type of eyes that fits them. *G* When you fill out the form, type "Magic fish" in the What? box so I know you've read these rules. Otherwise, I'll just tell you to come back and read this page. Hey, the rules aren't that hard! ^_^;
